  • Dr.
    John Piazza

    Dr. John Piazza has been a Chiropractor for 42 years in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and he has treated many different types of patients and injuries. Today his focus is on disc problems, motor vehicle injuries and sports injuries. He has extensive experience with soft tissue and whiplash injuries and has done courtroom testimonies on behalf of his patients. He is certified in National Spinal Decompression and a Pain Management diplomate. He is also a Certified DOT Medical Examiner. Dr. John was the former team Chiropractor for the Trenton Thunder(AA) minor league baseball team. He is also certified to do manipulation under anesthesia and is on staff at the Cornerstone Surgical Center. When Dr. Piazza isn't working, he loves to go fishing and spend time with his family.

    James (Russ) Reynolds

    Dr. James (Russ) Reynolds has been a chiropractor for 33 years having served and successfully treated thousands of patients throughout his career, licensed in New Jersey, California, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Reynolds feels blessed in having a career which exemplifies his passion for living a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Reynolds is considered one of the most experienced DRX Decompression doctors in the United States having successfully treated over 5,000 patients with disc herniations. Dr. Reynolds was the second doctor in New Jersey to use the DRX Decompression system. Because of his success, he was given the first cervical DRX unit in the United States and was chosen to be the training director. He has manipulated under anesthesia with proctorship status. Dr. Reynolds is a diplomat of the Academy of Pain Management and strives to keep up with all advances in treating pain so patients can lead a pain-free and healthy lifestyle. Dr. Reynolds is a certified Department of Transportation Medical Examiner in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. When Dr. Reynolds is not working, he enjoys nature, walking, kick boxing, fine dining, the beach, skiing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

    Diana LeDoux

    Dr. Diana LeDoux joined Neuromechanical Pain Management Associates in 2022 and practices in their Trenton Office. Dr LeDoux studied as a Pre-Med student first at Rutger University and then graduated with honors from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then enrolled at Sherman College of Chiropractic with a Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree. She is dully licensed in NJ by the National Board of Chiropractic and the NJ Chiropractic Board. She had started and maintained her own practice in Scotch Plains and Westfield NJ for 17 years. She was honored as the President of the Westfield Women’s Business Association and received accolades for her service to children from the Mountainside Children’s Hospital. Dr LeDoux is also Certified as a Department of Transportation Medical Examiner and performs DOT exams at the Trenton Office. Dr. LeDoux has felt very fulfilled in providing Chiropractic services to thousands of patients and restoring their health over her 30 years of service to the profession. She enjoys living at the shore, boating, jet skiing and dancing. And when time allows, she enjoys traveling with her husband.
